In the summer of 2022, I spent 12 weeks with the Learning Space Management and Innovation Hub team, where I engineered Tech2U, a support portal for instructors to request technical help in classrooms.
As classrooms are re-designed with more innovative learning tools, instructors, with their busy schedule, can no longer keep up with the varied technology of different spaces. Therefore, there is a trained team of students and experienced technicians available to support them. Bridging communication gap and spreading the words the program, we welcome Tech2U to life!

Having worked with the same team before, I was able adapt better and test out what I learned from the previous project. I learned
that iteration will never go anywhere... Never to be afraid to change something or go back to something.
that white space is also design! I learned to work with design hierarchy and improved consistency throughout my work.
that I loved working in teams. Having been in quarantine in so long, I realized the importance of teamwork and learned to communicate effectively!
